The Emperor & The Nightingale Performance

At the end of spring term the children of Kensington Wade performed “The Emperor and the Nightingale” for parents, the school’s first musical performance entirely in Chinese.

The classic fairytale revolves around an Emperor who prefers the tinkling of a mechanical bird to the song of a real nightingale. A big thank you to all parents for providing costumes and to the staff for helping the children prepare for the production.

Well done to all the children for a brilliant performance!
