Year 6 Pupils Become Published Authors!

We are absolutely thrilled to share some incredible news, our Year 6 pupils have been selected for publication in the Wonderverse – The Secret Library of Young Minds!
Earlier this year, our talented young writers entered the Young Writers competition, and we’ve just received the most exciting update: every single piece of work we submitted has been chosen for publication! This is a truly remarkable achievement and a testament to the creativity, imagination, and hard work of our pupils.
The team at Young Writers shared how impressed they were with the quality of writing from our school. They praised the enthusiasm and inspiration evident in each entry, and we couldn’t be prouder of our budding authors.
To celebrate this achievement, our pupils have received bookmarks, stickers, and certificates to mark their success. Even more exciting, their work will be featured in a professionally published book, available from 18th August 2025. We’ll be receiving complimentary copies so that every child can see their writing in print, a moment that’s sure to inspire confidence and a lifelong love of writing.
