Year 4 have had an exciting afternoon using our brand new VR headsets. They were fascinated to look at sites in China including the Great Wall and the Forbidden City. The VR headsets are the first purchase for our new STEAM room which will be built over the summer.

Year 2 have been really enjoying their topic on Ancient Greece. Last week they became archaeologists for the day and were tasked with uncovering artefacts in sand to find out more about how the Ancient Greeks once lived. Great work Year 2!
Pupils were very excited to meet Camille Goodman yesterday when she came to visit Kensington Wade. Camille led a Coronation-themed workshop to different year groups and read her best-selling book ‘Mister Finch and the Queen’.
We took delivery of eight eggs yesterday and three of these have already hatched into adorable, very squeaky chicks! Pupils are taking it in turns to carefully look after the chicks and they are monitoring them in their incubator before they are able to go into their big cage.
